To Misss Marie Zuo, On behalf of the conglomeration of lesbians, I'd like to wish you a very happy lesbian day, right here on amiable_thoughts. It is to my disappointment that today could not be spent infusing your fertile body with alcohol, much like the situation exactly 365 days ago. However, i must stress that the alcohol was not quite ... alcoholic as it was only a bottle of midori. Nevertheless, i along with you and a few others fell powerless under its spell as it moved silently, deadididdly through our bloodstreams, increasing at an increasing rate. Some were more subceptable than others *cough* turtle *cough* connie *cough* satti *COUGH* albert and jeffrey. Excuse me for my coughing fit, for i believe that your heartache, due to an over-consumption of caffeine has resulted in my lung-ache, for we are twins you see. If you fail to see how your heart relates to my lungs, then it is to my utter disappointment to inform you that yes, the caffeine has infact travelled from your stomach to your heart and alas, to your brain. If the event was to come that you were to lose the half of your brain that you have, rest assured in the fact that i cannot give you mine, for i will none left to myself, and honestly, i cannot afford to give you half of my half-a-brain. However, it is to my deepest belief that somebody else will, as a matter of fact, contribute a silce of their brain for you. Unfortunately, that person deems not Miss Wong, for the disturbance of her brain may inaverdently affect the order of the universe and thus result in a depreciation of the Australian dollar which would in turn, lead the Australian economy into a downward spiral and cause a recession, and thus a decrease in the standard of living for the agglomeration of wannabelesbians. Once again, i would like to wish you a happy[birth]day. The sun is smiling and the clouds are dying, and I will be your friend till the day our heads go flying... <33 color="#333333">

A tangent is just that, a tangent. Therefore, it only crosses one point of the parabola. I think the word you were thinking of is a chord. =)
