MINUS DAYS TILL LIFE OVER.

Ahaha something quite amusing just happened so I thought I'd take a nice (un)well-earned break from studying (nothing).

There's a fire alarm device in each apartment which rings a siren (like the one you hear on fire trucks) and has a voice that says...

"THE FIRE ALARM HAS BEEN ACTIVATED, PLEASE WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS"

Well for the past few weeks it activated randomly followed by a "Fire alarm check complete"

Lol the first time I heard it i thought shit i'm going to die, then the random activations got be ignoring the siren completely.

BUT TODAY it just kept ringing and ringing and ringing and the voice kept repeating
"THE FIRE ALARM HAS BEEN ACTIVATED, PLEASE WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS"

and then... the instruction came...

"THE FIRE ALARM HAS BEEN ACTIVATED, IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE BUILDING THROUGH THE NEAREST FIRE EXIT"

Lol that got a reaction going from me (and my parents too)

Mum: "I don't think it's a real fire"
Dad: "I don't want to die... I'm going to check what's happening"

So my dad goes outside, leaving me and my mum to "die"

Whilst my dad was out, the siren stopped ringing and then my dad comes back.

Dad: "There's four/five fire trucks downstairs. Some kid in level 8 started burning paper and set the fire alarm off"

Yes I found the whole incident amusing. I was even prepared to take my english essays out with me if evacuation was really necessary. Lol. Marie doesn't have a life anymore anywaayy.

BUT YES i should get back to whatever I was doing.
